Several causes might be linked to this such as stress, some illnesses, diet, type of cosmetics used, menstruation period to women, and this is because such factors tend to trigger hormonal imbalances in the body and increase the excess production of sebum.

Tips on How To Get Rid of Whiteheads On Nose

Several techniques can be deployed to getting rid of whiteheads on nose. The nose is a very soft and oil skin, thus a lot of caring and special methods are needed to treating whiteheads. Here are some tips to consider:

1. Wash your face with warm water twice in a day. Some people's skin are very oily, thus making it easier for the pores of the skin to get clogged and form a whitehead. So by washing your face with warm water, the skin pores gets unclogged making it easier for dead skin cells and sebum to get flashed out and not causing damage to the skin. The reason to use warm water is this: If you use cold water then the skin pores will contract causing blockage of waste materials and if you use hot water will dry the skin causing the waste materials to be trapped. So warm water is the best.

2. Use sugar or honey, lemon juice and water. First you mix honey and water then you add a freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture. Afterwards you apply the mixture on the nose making it look like a nose mask, wait for it to dry. Then when it is completely dry you can wash it off, this will also open up the pores and remove any clogged materials.

3. Use a facial scrub/facial cleansers to exfoliate the skin. When scrub is used to a skin prone to whiteheads then it enables the skin to rid of whiteheads completely. Make sure you use a scrub that is best suited for your skin type. For instance you can use this natural remedy for an oily skin, that is oatmeal mixed with yogurt and for a dry skin use oatmeal mixed with milk. Form a thick paste and apply on the nose for some minutes, pressure is then applied gently on the nose in a circular motion using the mixture then afterwards wash your nose.

4. Steaming your skin is another way to get rid of whiteheads on nose. It helps to deeply cleanse the skin. The clogged material gets loosened up during the steaming process and also opens up the pores making it easier to flash out any clogged material inside.

5. Also you can use cosmetic products to clean up your skin. There are over the counter products for whiteheads in the market that can help you with whiteheads, however do consult your dermatologist/cosmetologist for the best product available and especially the one that will be best for your type of skin.

6. Another thing is be careful with your diet. Some diets should be avoided as they tend to increase the production of more sebum in the body. Or its too oil for the skin to produce excess fats. Thus consume less of fatty foods and concentrate on consuming a lot of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water. Water helps in detoxifying the body and thus deeply cleanse your system, aiding you in getting rid of whiteheads on nose.

Cheers!
